What’s behind the name: The Tequesta Indians settled in Miami long before it was named Miami. They were one of the first Indians to come to South Florida. We are built on an island with luxury residences from ranging from 1 bedrooms to penthouses. Our building puts us steps away from the Miami downtown area buts sets us apart because it is an island and makes you feel like you are in another area.
Brickell Key Island has the Islander Marketplace, Brassiere Brickell Key restaurant, Swire Real Estate, hair salon, and a travel agency. Guests can stay at the Mandarin Oriental right on the key.
The views are spectacular – Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach.
